TNF: Miami vs New England

Before I start this post, as I was leaving work today, a co-worker felt the need to tell me that the team on my hat sucks. I was wearing my New England hat obviously. My immediate response was to simply laugh and just state that considering that they are 6-0 that they must not suck too bad. It just cracks me up how anti-New England everyone is.

Anyways...

At the end of a short week after defeating division rivals the New York Jets, New England is faced with another division rival game against the Miami Dolphins. Miami currently has a two game winning streak. They're actually 2-0 under new coach Dan Campbell. But the GOAT himself, TB12, is currently 8-0 on playing Thursday night games. With that said, it's Tom Brady. We've got this.

Some things to note:

-Miami has 10 sacks in just 2 games so we have to protect Brady. You know Miami is going to go after him. Brady's been sacked 2 times in almost each and every game.
-New England's secondary has got to stop Jarvis Landry. The dude is a game changer and we need to shut that down.
-RBs LeGarrette Blount and Dion Lewis have to run the ball a lot and they have to do it efficiently to expose the Dolphins' weak run defense.
-New England's defense needs to tackle Miami's offense like crazy. They have to stop plays, and they have to make moves. Just last week against the Texans, Miami had a 50 yard pass and an 85 yard run.
-The Patriots have to stop Lamar Miller. Now, I hate to say this because I have him on my fantasy team and he got me 40 points last week. He's proving to be more explosive than NYJ Chris Ivory, which NE was able to shut down a little bit last week.
-Like I said previously, pass protection is a must. New England needs to protect Brady at all costs.
-New England's defense needs to force turnovers. Tannehill's already thrown 7 interceptions this season and Brady has only thrown one thus far.
-Again, Blount needs to exert his skills and balance out the offense. Lewis is active for tonight's game, however he'll most likely be limited as to not overexert him with his abdominal injury.

Many are talking about how "on fire" the Miami Dolphins are right now but look at who they've played so far. They're 3-3. They've beaten the Washington Redskins (3-4), Tennessee Titans (1-5), and the Houston Texans (2-5). Oh man! They've played some extremely talented and good teams this year...HA! Puh-lease.

In the past three match-ups with New England, Miami has won 2. The last meeting between the two last season, New England destroyed Miami 41-13.

May the better team win.

Week 7 Scores

Hey guys! So I finally found some time to actually make a post and sadly I'm kind of excited about it. LOL.

So week 7 started off with the Seattle Seahawks (2-4) taking on the San Francisco 49ers (2-4). Final score of the game was 20-3 with Seattle Seahawks taking the win. Quarterback Russell Wilson threw 2 interceptions and 1 touchdown pass. Colin Kaepernick threw ZERO touchdowns and had no interceptions. The only score of the game for the 49ers was a field goal. I watched this game and I found it completely boring. Sorry to all you Niners fans out there, your team and QB sucks. They only had 61 rushing yards and 81 passing yards. All the while, Seattle had 212 passing yards and 176 rushing yards...Could this be the last year that Kaepernick is with the Niners? We'll see.

Across the pond, the Buffalo Bills took on the Jacksonville Jaguars. Buffalo had FOUR turnovers and the Jaguars only had one. Jacksonville scored 27 points in the second quarter, but the Bills did try to come ahead of them by scoring 18 points in the fourth quarter. Jacksonville advanced to 2-5 with the win over Buffalo leaving the Bills at 3-4. The final score of this game was 31-34 Jags.

The Saints came to Indy to take on the Indianapolis Colts who were still recovering from their loss to the New England Patriots the Sunday before on Sunday Night Football. The Colts were the butt of every joke this past week because their awful punting trick they tried to pull but failed miserably at. Personally, I hate the Colts as you all are very well aware so watching the Saints picking off Luck 3 times during this game was extremely amusing. I loved it. At one point New Orleans faked a field goal attempt and gained 25 yards. The Saints went on to beat Luck and his boys 27-21. Word on the street is that there could be some big changes coming in the coaching staff of Indianapolis. Is Chuck Pagano out as head coach of this joke of a team?

The final game I care to go into detail about is the New England Patriots vs the New York Jets. What surprised me this week was lack of shit-talking that seemed to be going on. The 4-1 Jets surprisingly did not talk a lot of shit about New England like they have in years prior. Of course, the shit-talking was when fatass Rex Ryan was the head coach. It's amazing to me how much better a team performs when they're douchebag joke of a coach gets fired and hired to a new team. The Jets started with a fumble from Fitzpatrick and luckily for us, Dont'a Hightower was there to recover. The first score of the game came from the best kicker in the league, Stephen Gostowski. He nailed a 38-yarder. The Jets answered our field goal with a 20-yarder to tie the game 3-3. Fitzpatrick found Jeremy Kerley for a 5-yard touchdown pass to take the lead, 10-3. The first touchdown of the game for New England was a rushing touchdown from no one other than the GOAT himself, Mr. Tom Fucking Brady. He dove in for a 1-yard. This was also the first game that Brandon LaFell was back and ready to go for, although he couldn't quite keep his hands on the ball. LaFell did manage to catch a pass with a gain of 19 yards. New England had to end up settling for a field goal which made the score 13-10. On the next New England series, that also ended in a field-goal. Jets Fitzpatrick finds Decker for 23 yards setting New York up for a 9-yard TD pass to Chris Ivory. Brady is then sacked in the next possession leaving New England to punt. The next scoring play is the Jets with a field-goal from 30 yards. Never count New England out as they went on to score TWO unanswered touchdowns, one from Brady to Amendola for 8-yards and a 15-yard touchdown from the Gronk himself. Jets then nailed a 55-yard field goal and they successfully converted an onside kick. This was not enough to score and win the game. New England won 30-23, making them 6-0 baby.

Jets' defense tried to tackle Gronkowski numerous times. Do they not realize that man is a beast to cover and bring down? Now they do. Do people also not realize that Brady is out for revenge this season? The dude is on legit fire right now. Look at how well he throws when the balls are fully inflated. You still want to cry about a little deflation? The dude just keeps proving himself to be the GOAT. Suck it up and deal with it because the man is not going anywhere anytime soon. They've got one thing on their mind...Super Bowl 50. Sit back and enjoy it bitches. Stores better stock up on Kleenexes because ya'll are gonna need it when New England keeps destroying teams left and right. Let's call it #crygate.

ON TO MIAMI!!!!!

Thank you Brady for giving me 35 points this week in fantasy and also a huge thank you to Miami's Lamar Miller for giving 40 points this week as well. I'm still in first place in BOTH of my leagues and I couldn't be happier.

Other scores:

Cleveland Browns 6, St Louis Rams 24
Houston Texans 26, Miami Dolphins 44
Pittsburgh Steelers 13, Kansas City Chiefs 23
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30, Washington Redskins 31
Minnesota Vikings 28, Detroit Lions 19
Atlanta Falcons 10, Tennessee Titans 7
Oakland Raiders 37, San Diego Chargers 29

Philadelphia Eagles 16, Carolina Panthers 27
Baltimore Ravens 18, Arizona Cardinals 26

-Houston Texans' QB Ryan Mallett was released today after missing the teams' charter to Miami...
-Could Rapistberger be suited up and ready to play in Week 8?
-Are ya'll enjoying the DeflateGate curse? Because I'm definitely loving every single minute of it!!! :)

Have a good night! Until next time...
xoxo

Tattoo #4 & #5

In the past five months, I have managed to get my first five tattoos and all of them are New England Patriots related.
